Crimes related to identity theft have been called the fastest growing crimes in America. This class of crimes ranges from simple purse-snatching to elaborately devised schemes run by large criminal organizations. The crimes themselves range from burglary to mail theft to Internet website cloning.

Just as identity theft as a crime has been increasing, a whole industry has developed around offering identity theft protection solutions. There is an incredible need for such services as it has been estimated that identity theft affects one in four US households.

What is perfect credit? “My broker says I have A credit. What is A Credit?” Remember that what is considered “A” credit to one company might not be “A” to another.

Typically, “A Credit” would be someone with flawless credit, credit scores that are all over 720 (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion scores), and would qualify for the best mortgage rates available pretty much anywhere, based on credit alone.

However, with mortgage lending someone can have perfect credit and only a 620 score and still be considered to have “A credit”. The difference in the credit score can be the result of many different variables.

Your credit score is a deciding factor of your fiscal status, and this is very crucial when you wish to take a loan from a lender. Having a low credit score will ensure you have trouble getting your credit application approved as you would have wanted.
